Cash Fee Recovery Agreement (v1.0)
1. Cash sales are offline tender. When you record a cash sale at the box office,
the buyer hands money to you. shedyool never receives those funds and no card
network or payment processor is involved, so no processing fee is charged on
the sale.
2. The shedyool platform fee is still earned on a cash sale. Because shedyool
does not hold the money, that fee cannot be collected at the time of sale. It
is instead recorded as an amount you owe (a "cash fee balance").
3. Recovery. You authorize shedyool to recover the outstanding cash fee balance
from your future electronic proceeds on this account, or you may clear it at
any time using "Pay cash-fee balance".
4. Balance limit. Cash sales are unavailable while your outstanding cash fee
balance is at the limit shown in your dashboard. Clearing the balance
re-enables them.
5. Refunds do not reduce the balance. If you refund a cash sale, you return the
buyer's money from your own funds. The platform fee already earned on the
original sale remains payable to shedyool.
6. Connected account required. Cash sales require an active connected payout
account, because that account is the recovery route for the balance.
7. This agreement is accepted per organizer account. Accepting it for one
organizer does not accept it for any other organizer you manage.
