If an event is canceled, significantly modified, or rescheduled, customers are entitled to a full refund. In these cases, refunds will be automatically processed or instructions will be sent to the ticket holder.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
shedyool reserves the right to deny a refund request if fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, unauthorized ticket transfers, or misuse of the platform is suspected.
