What shedyool Provides

shedyool Events is a ticketing and event-management platform. Through the Services, organizers can publish events and sell tickets, and buyers can discover events and purchase tickets that are delivered electronically.

shedyool is a technology platform, not the seller, promoter, host, or owner of events listed on the platform. Each event is offered by the organizer who publishes it. shedyool is not responsible for the conduct of any organizer or attendee, the content of any event, or what does or does not happen at a venue.

person

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a shedyool account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including purchases, ticket transfers, and content posted by you as an organizer. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@shedyool.com.

Buying Tickets

Order confirmation

A ticket purchase is a contract between you and the event organizer, with shedyool acting as the payment and delivery agent. We confirm your order by email and deliver your tickets electronically. Until payment is captured and you receive an order confirmation, no ticket is reserved for you.

Pricing and fees

Ticket prices are set by the organizer. The price you see at checkout includes any platform service fee, payment processing fee, and applicable tax. The full breakdown is shown before you pay.

Ticket validity

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated on the ticket. Lost or compromised tickets should be reported to us right away so we can reissue or invalidate them. Each QR code is single-use at venue entry.

Resale

Tickets may not be resold above face value where prohibited by law. We may cancel and refund orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, bot-driven, duplicated, or intended for unlawful resale.

  • checkSet a clear refund policy at event setup, honor it, and process eligible refunds in a timely manner.
  • checkRespond to buyer support inquiries about your event, attendance, and refunds.
  • checkComply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, tax, and anti-discrimination laws.
payments

Fees and Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. shedyool does not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data as a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processor.

Platform service fees and payment processing fees are disclosed before you complete a purchase. Organizers receive payouts net of fees on the schedule disclosed in their dashboard. Organizers are responsible for any taxes owed on their earnings.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or excessive disputes may result in funds being held, refunds being suspended, or accounts being limited while we investigate.

Refunds and Cancellations

Each event has its own refund policy, set by the organizer and disclosed on the event page before you buy. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If an organizer cancels an event, refunds are processed automatically to all ticket holders, subject to any non-refundable fees disclosed at purchase.

For full details on refund windows, processing times, and non-refundable fees, see our Refund Policy.
